The three bedrooms face the garden and are pleasantly quiet, while two bathrooms ensure a relaxed start to the morning. The apartment is furnished with light oak, natural tones, and locally sourced textiles, and has been awarded 4 Edelweiss Superior by Alpine Gastgeber Tirol.
Winter guests have access to an on-site ski room with a boot dryer, and the Rastkogelbahn lift is just a 130-meter walk away. In summer, hiking and biking trails start right at your doorstep.

Sleeping
Three separate bedrooms for two to eight people, all with solid wood beds and blackout curtains. One double room and two additional double rooms with a sofa bed, which can be used as a separate sleeping space or for an extra person. Couples and small groups are also very welcome.
Winter
Ski room with ski boot dryer located directly in the house. It is a 130-meter walk to the Rastkogelbahn valley station, which connects to the Zillertal 3000 ski and glacier world. The Hintertux Glacier, with around ten months of skiing per year, is just a few minutes away, as are the Eggalm and the areas around Finkenberg and Mayrhofen. You will find ski rentals and a ski school in the village.
Summer
Hiking and biking trails start right at the house. In summer, the Eggalmbahn takes you comfortably up the mountain, where high-altitude trails lead in all directions. For families, the Zillertal Alps Nature Park, the swimming lakes in the valley, and the adventure lifts around Mayrhofen are well worth a visit. The sun terrace is the perfect place to relax after a long day.
Arrival and key handover
We will hand over the key to you in person at the Hotel Finkenbergerhof in Finkenberg (Dorf 113, 6292 Finkenberg), daily between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM. For very early departures, the key can be left in the mailbox at the holiday home. Free parking is available directly at the house.
