Deposit and security deposit
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid. The security deposit is refunded in full after your stay.

Security deposit

It is usually refunded within 7 days of departure, in full and by bank transfer, once the apartment has been checked and no damage has been found.

Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the arrival date are free of charge. After that, the following rates of the total price apply.

The terms for deposits and cancellations apply to all direct bookings at Ferienhaus Evelyn.
We recommend cancellation insurance
Life turns out differently more often than you would think, and a booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short. We would like to spare you those unnecessary costs and the trouble that comes with them.
For cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue including helicopter recovery, we recommend the Hotelstorno Plus policy or the more comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium policy, which also covers accidents.
Booking terms
Please note our booking terms: the right of withdrawal under section 18 (1) no. 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act does not apply. The General Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply instead.

Frequently asked questions
Arrival is possible from 3:00 pm, with the personal key handover until 11:00 pm at the latest. Departure is possible until 9:00 am. Please let us know on the day of arrival roughly when to expect you. Different times are possible by arrangement with Eva Eberl.

Prices are in euros per day and per apartment, excluding the local tourist tax and the final cleaning. The tourist tax is €2.60 per person and day from the age of 15, the final cleaning is a one-off €125. Bed linen, tea towels and bath towels are included.
To confirm the booking we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total amount by bank transfer, within 14 days of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival, also by bank transfer.
On arrival a damage deposit of €200 is payable in cash. It is usually refunded within 7 days of departure, in full and by bank transfer, once the apartment has been checked and no damage has been found.
Cancellations and changes up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. From 29 days before arrival 50 % of the total price is charged, from 13 days 70 %, from 6 days 100 %. We therefore recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Dogs are welcome on request. We charge €20 per night, food not included. Please register your dog before booking.
