Prices
All prices are in euros per day/apartment, excluding local tax and final cleaning.
 

Local Tax
The local tax is € 2.60 per person per day (for guests aged 15 and over).
 

Final Cleaning
One-time fee: € 125
 

Linen
Bed linen, dish towels and hand towels are provided.
 

Dogs
On request. We charge € 20 per night (without food).
 

Deposit
To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer within 14 days after booking. Please pay the remaining amount 14 days before your arrival via bank transfer.

Security Deposit
A damage deposit of € 200 is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash.
You will usually receive the refund within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by bank transfer, provided that the accommodation is left without any damages.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellations and rebookings made up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
• 29 days before arrival 50 % of the total price
• 13 days before arrival 70 % of the total price
• 6 days before arrival 100 % of the total price

 

Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance! It's not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and your booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short prematurely. We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. That's why we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) as cover for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).

Please note our booking conditions: The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
