All prices are in Euro per day/apartment excl. local tax and final cleaning

Local tax:
The local tax is Euro 2,50 per person and day (from 15 years)

Final cleaning:
Winter: € 125.-
Summer: € 125.-

Linen:
Bed linen, crockery and towels are provided for you

Dogs:
Upon request. We allow us to charge € 15.- per night (without food)

Deposit:
30% of the total price, balance by bank transfer 10 days before arrival or in cash on arrival!

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations and rebookings made up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.

Thereafter we will charge 50% of the total amount.

Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance! It's not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and your booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short prematurely. We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. That's why we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) as cover for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).
